By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of The Mental Edge Playbook (hereinafter “Client”), agree and willingly purchase this product provided by Paige Callahan, acting as part of Tonz LLC, an Arizona Corporation (hereinafter “Mentor”), and agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Mentor, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

Program + Payment

Client understands and agrees that they are purchasing The Mental Edge Playbook, a digital PDF coaching resource designed to help coaches train the mental side of the game and build confident, resilient athletes.

Cost: One-time purchase of [insert price] U.S. dollars ($XXX.00)
Delivery: Digital download delivered via email or webpage access post-purchase
Access: Client receives non-transferable, personal-use rights to the product

Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

Client agrees that the contents of The Mental Edge Playbook—including but not limited to routines, drills, scripts, templates, training concepts, frameworks, and language—are proprietary to Mentor. Client will not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute the playbook or its contents to others

  • Use the content for commercial resale or in any competing product or service

  • Repurpose any portion of the content in another product, course, or public-facing format

Client acknowledges this content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Testimonials

Mentor may request Client to submit a testimonial regarding their experience with the playbook. This is completely voluntary. If Client agrees, they understand:

  • No compensation will be given

  • Testimonials may be used in marketing and promotional materials

  • Mentor will request a release form before use

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of The Mental Edge Playbook, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances once the product has been accessed.

Voluntary Participation & Disclaimer

Client understands that purchase and use of The Mental Edge Playbook is voluntary and for educational and professional development purposes only.

Client acknowledges:

  • Results may vary depending on individual effort, athlete buy-in, and application of strategies

  • Mentor does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, wins, or athlete advancement

  • Mentor is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional, and the content is not a substitute for professional care

Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to release and hold harmless Mentor, Tonz LLC, and all affiliates from any and all claims related to the use of The Mental Edge Playbook. Client is solely responsible for their use and implementation of the content.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and under the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona through the American Arbitration Association.

Final Acknowledgement

By completing the purchase, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. Client agrees that this digital product is non-refundable and that all intellectual property rights remain with Mentor.
